1. Publisher and contact
The controller of personal data related to Slide It! / Przesuń!, its website and support is Bartłomiej Pasiut, trading as Bartłomiej Pasiut Software Solutions, Polish tax ID 7343619168, ul. Papierni Prądnickich 78/35, 31-234 Kraków, Poland.
For support and privacy enquiries, contact mobileappsfirst@gmail.com.
2. Game progress
The game has no player accounts. Progress, stars, hints, the current board, language preferences and local proof of Premium entitlement are stored on your device. We do not send puzzle solutions to our own server. The game does not require access to your contacts, microphone, camera or personal files. Android system backup of game data is disabled.
3. Advertising and technical data
The free version uses Google AdMob. The SDK may collect and share with Google your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and advertising identifiers, app launches and interactions with the game or ads, and diagnostic information. These support advertising, measurement, performance analysis and fraud prevention. Google states that SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
We have not added other mediation networks, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. See Google AdMob data information.
4. Consent and privacy choices
We use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, a privacy form is displayed before ads are requested. Available choices can be changed through Settings → Privacy choices when Google makes this option available. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
The basic game remains available when you decline optional processing. Your choices may result in limited ads or no ads. Rewarded ads are optional; one confirmed reward gives one hint. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in Android settings. See Google advertising information.
5. Premium and purchases
Premium is a one-time purchase through Google Play, with no subscription. Active Premium removes all in-game ads and provides unlimited hints. Google handles payment; we do not receive your card number or bank account details.
The app receives a product identifier, purchase token, transaction state and signature to verify and restore entitlement. Signed proof is stored locally. Purchase state is checked again when Google Play can be reached successfully. You can restore Premium using the same Google Play account.
Test releases may have purchases unavailable and may use Google test ad units. Test ads do not imply that the SDK processes no technical data.
6. Purposes and legal bases
- Performing a contract or taking steps at your request — GDPR Article 6(1)(b): handling an available purchase and service-related support.
- Consent — Article 6(1)(a): optional personalisation and other operations that require consent. Access to data on a device is also subject to applicable electronic communications rules.
- Legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f): security, fraud prevention, responding to enquiries, and establishing or defending claims.
- Legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c): applicable accounting and other statutory duties.
Providing information in correspondence is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without a return address and a description of the issue.
7. Recipients and international transfers
We use Google services for AdMob, UMP, Google Play, Firebase Hosting and Gmail. Data may be processed by Google and its infrastructure providers and, depending on configuration and your choices, partners listed in the consent form. Google may act as a processor or an independent controller, depending on the service.
Google operates globally, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Information about applicable adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and other safeguards is available in Google transfer information and Firebase data processing terms. We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by law.
8. Retention
- Local progress: until you clear game data or uninstall. Local Premium proof may also be removed when valid entitlement is no longer confirmed.
- Correspondence: for the time needed to resolve the enquiry, and longer only where necessary for a legal obligation or justified claims. Once no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
- Accounting documents: for the period required by law.
- Google service data: according to the service policies and settings. Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a few months. See Google retention information for advertising data.
9. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent.
Contact the support address on this page and provide information needed to locate the relevant matter. We do not require a game account or routinely request identity documents. We respond within applicable GDPR time limits. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority or your competent supervisory authority, including the ICO in the United Kingdom. For data independently controlled by Google, Google privacy tools are also available.
10. Deletion and security
In Android settings, select Slide It! / Przesuń! and clear its data, or uninstall. This removes local progress and settings. There is no separate game account to delete. Clearing data does not remove your Google Play purchase history or automatically refund a purchase.
Progress is stored in private app storage. The website uses HTTPS when published on Firebase. Access to support correspondence is limited to handling enquiries. To request deletion of data processed by us, contact support; we will explain any legal requirement to retain it.
11. This website and minors
The website has no ads, analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts or embedded videos. Its code does not store cookies or identifiers in your browser. Language selection opens a separate page.
Firebase Hosting processes IP addresses and technical request data to serve pages, prevent abuse and operate its infrastructure. See Firebase privacy information.
The game does not ask for your age or collect contact details from players. The advertising SDK may process technical data. If a parent or guardian believes a child’s data has been processed improperly in connection with the game, please contact us.
12. Policy updates
We update this policy when features, providers or legal requirements change. New versions include an update date. If a change requires additional information or consent, the app will provide an appropriate message. Descriptions of conditional features, such as Premium, apply when that feature is available in your release.
